Tips on Making Your Eyebrows Look Attractive
Tuesday, May 17th, 2011It is difficult to make eyebrows into an attractive shape. A person’s face and features decides the best shape. However, nearly all women prefer arched eyebrows which are rounder and thicker near the bridge of the nose and thin as well as pointy in the outer-edge of the eye.
Begin in a room with a mirror and bright lighting. Look closely into the mirror and focus on one eyebrow at a time. Using a finger, smooth the eyebrow, making it into the wanted form. Using the tweezers, pluck the stray hairs under the arch. To avoid plucking an excessive amount of hair, remove just one hair at a time. After five hairs are removed, smooth out the brow for a second time. Back away from the mirror to get a more natural look at the eyebrows.
Next, remove all the hairs on the bridge of the nose. Look closely at the nose from different angles to identify the lighter-colored hairs. Change the angle of the tweezers with respect to the angle of the hair. The beginning part of the eyebrow ought to be slightly nearer to the nose if a vertical line was placed from the tear duct towards the eyebrow.
Pluck the hairs along the top of the eyebrow that are unwanted. Start plucking in the region close to the bridge of the nose to the area nearest the temple. The final end of the eyebrow should make a point. Less plucking is better than too much; pluck moderately. The best is really a natural look.
